Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at CattyBox. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days to return items. After 30 days from the original date of purchase, all sales are final.
• All returns must be in unused condition and in original packaging with all original packing materials
• All seasonal items are final sale.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Item(s) received damaged and it is not able to resell again, they are not eligible for a refund
• Return shipping charges are paid by the customer unless it was due to a shipping error on our part
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Process

  1. Submit your refund/return request to contact@cattybox.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Ship your return
  3. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
  4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
